Sign in to send census and plan documents, and follow each submission from received to reviewed.
Three ways to submit
1.Sign in and upload
Create a broker account once, then send each package from the Upload page and track it under Submissions.
2.Use the link in your email
If you emailed a submission to Health 2 Business, the reply contains a one-time upload link. It opens the same upload page without a login and works once.
3.Enter an ID code
Sending without an account? Ask for an ID code by email. Uploads made with that code are matched to your email address, so replies and reminders reach you.
